Our mission is to leverage research, architectural design, construction, technology and material innovation to enhance education, the environment, culture, and communities.
We are designing a system of rainwater harvesting and filtration that will provide potable water to hundreds of people in rural communities in Bahía Málaga, Colombia.


We are creating opportunities for learning and cultural exchange through teaching and academic collaboration that increase understanding and connection across borders.

We are developing innovative stone composite materials and a custom digital fabrication workflow to recreate ancient maya hieroglyphs in Copán, Honduras, in collaboration with Harvard University, COEDMAC, and the Honduran Institute of Anthropology.


We are contributing to a bamboo construction manual, aimed at making building with this sustainable biomaterial more accessible to a wider market, in collaboration with the University of America.
We are researching and testing the ceramic components in dynamic building skins.


We are prototyping a kinetic woven compliant biomaterial skin that relies on the properties of woven materials to change shape, in collaboration with the Institute for Lightweight Structures in Stuttgart, Germany.
We are supporting other non-profits while prioritizing the sustainable and cultural benefits of bringing new life and appreciation to existing buildings in Boston, Massachusetts.


We are championing the idea of Performance placing value in both quantitative and qualitative forms of performance in architecture.
